Nano cesium tungsten bronze is a kind of transparent thermal insulation material, which can shield ultraviolet rays (UV) and near-infrared rays, and has good transmittance of visible light.
Nano cesium tungsten bronze may be prepared by vapor phase method. Vapor phase method means that using gas as reaction raw material to perform chemical reaction or physical reaction, and the nano films or nano particles are obtained. The commonly used vapor phase methods are mainly divided into chemical vapor deposition method (CVD), physical vapor deposition method (PVD), low pressure evaporation method and vacuum sputtering method, etc.
In the vapor phase method, since the reactant involved in the reaction is gas, the product has good dispersity and high purity with small particle size. And the particle size of the reaction product is easy to reach the nanometer level. However, as the raw materials needs to be converted into gaseous state, higher experimental conditions and more complicated equipment are required, which increases the cost.
